ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action against respondents 4 to 6 on the complaint dated 20.07.2024.

It is seen that the petitioner initially lodged complaint before the second respondent and he was issued CSR.No.149 of 2022. Subsequently, it was closed after conducting enquiry. Thereafter, the petitioner also filed private complaint before the Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore in Crl.MP.No.2043 of 2025 and it is pending for enquiry. Therefore, the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 20.07.2024 cannot be directed to be enquired into by the police officials since already the petitioner approached the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore by way of private complaint and it is pending in Crl.MP.No.2043 of 2025. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
