.. Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, in respect of delay in releasing orders passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal and to grant such or other orders as this Court may deem fit.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Though this suo motu writ petition has been taken up after noticing that the orders which were passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunals were not uploaded for many months, pursuant to the orders, subsequently been passed by this Court on various dates, affidavits have been filed and by our order dated 05.01.2026, we directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II, Chennai, to file an affidavit, as it had not filed an affidavit as directed by the order

dated 28.11.2025 and also directed the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, to file an additional affidavit in compliance with the directions given in paragraph 3 of the order dated 13.11.2025 made in W.P.No.42764 of 2025.

2. In response to these orders, the Debts Recovery Tribunal - II, Chennai, has filed an affidavit and Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, also has filed an additional affidavit, where, they have stated that, all these orders have been uploaded and there has been no orders pending without being uploaded and within maximum period of one week or ten days, all orders since have been uploaded, at least, for the present, we deem it appropriate to record the same and close this suo motu writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. The assistance rendered by Mrs.Ananda Gomathy, learned amicus curiae, is taken on record for appreciation.
