ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents/contemnors for wilful disobedience for non-compliance of the order dated 28.03.2025 made in W.P.No.32245 of 2019.
2. When the Contempt petition was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents had complied with the directions contained in the order dated 28.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.32245 of 2019, whereby, the respondents were directed to consider the representation of the petitioner afresh in the light of the discussion in the order and grant approval, if otherwise in order.
3. The learned Government Advocate further submits that though there was some delay on the part of the respondents in complying with the aforesaid direction of this Court, the respondents have passed an order considering the representation of the petitioner vide proceedings Na.Ka.71759/å/,3/2025 dated 28.01.2026
4. The learned Government Advocate submitting as above placed before this Court a copy of the said proceedings.
5. In view of the above said submission, since the respondents have complied with the order of this Court by considering the representation of the writ petitioner and passing appropriate orders thereon, this Court is the view that no further orders are required in the present contempt petition.
6. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid proceedings.
