ORDER

The present application has been filed for cancellation of the order of anticipatory bail granted in favour of respondents 1 and 2 / accused in Crl.O.P.No.15148 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025.

2. During the pendency of the application, the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, and a Settlement Agreement was entered into between the parties on 05.02.2026 before the Mediation Centre. The terms of the Settlement Agreement are as follows:
