ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 13.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners have made a representation, dated 13.11.2025 before the respondent seeking issuance of NOC stating that the subject lands are not the subject matter of any legal proceedings/attachment/acquisation/land concealing, etc. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jaya Prakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation, dated 13.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioners' representation, dated 13.11.2025, seeking issuance of NOC, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
