This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to grant extension of time for complying with the bail conditions imposed in Para No.8 of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.26814 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court in Para No.8 of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.26814 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
