This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25079 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 05:30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.25079 of 2025, dated 15.09.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
