PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumarapalayam in D.V.O.P. No. 5/2025 filed on 15.07.2025 and to complete the proceedings on or before a due date to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Kumarapalayam to dispose of the complaint preferred by the 1/3

respondent under the provisions of the Domestic Violence Act.

2. A perusal of the A-diary extract filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the petitioner already filed a counter and the matter was posted for enquiry.

3. Taking into consideration the pleadings are already completed and the main matter was posted for enquiry as early as 01-11-2025, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kumarapalayam to dispose of the domestic violence complaint as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
