ORDER

A suit for recovery of mortgage amount had been instituted in which an injunction restraining the respondents / defendants from in any manner, directly or indirectly alienating or parting with possession of, creating any third-party rights or interest in the suit premises, had been granted by this Court 26.11.2025 and thereafter on 23.02.2026, injunction had been extended to until further orders, recording the statement of the respondents / defendants that the defendants are desirous of settling the dispute amicably. The matter was again listed on various dates viz., 16.03.2026, 06.04.2026 and 29.04.2026 wherein also recording the statement that there would be a possibility of settlement between the parties, the matter had been adjourned today.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the applicant would submit that no settlement proposal was emanated from the respondents/defendants. The respondents/defendants are not present before this Court and counter has also not been filed to the injunction application.

3. In view of the same, the Injunction granted in O.A.No.1106 of 2025 is made absolute and accordingly the application stands ordered as prayed for. 15-06-2026 (1⁄2) vum 2/4
