This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to substitute the Legal Representatives in the place of the third respondent, who had unfortunately died during the pendency of the writ petition. The Death Certificate of the third respondent and also the legal heirship certificate have been produced.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, W.M.P.No.6832 of 2026 in W.P.No.38771 of 2025 stands allowed. No costs.
