This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed seeking to relax the bail condition imposed with respect to appearance and signing before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No. 23829 of 2025 in Crime No. 434 of 2025, dated 29.08.2025 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3.In view of the above submission made by her, the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 23829 of 2025 in Crime No. 434 of 2025, dated 29.08.2025, is relaxed, however, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent as and when required.
