ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) Statutory notice has been issued on 10.04.2026. We record the presence of Mr.Murugan, Revenue Divisional Officer, Kallakurichi District.

2. Though the petitioner would accede to the position that the process set out under order dated 29.04.2025 has been complied and the flag post has been removed, his grievance is that it is still lying in the same area and the area has not been cleared.

3. Mr. T. Gowthaman, learned Additional Advocate General assures both the Court and the petitioner that the area will be cleared within a day.

4. In anticipation of the same being cleared, we close this contempt petition. No costs.
