2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are typographical errors crept in in paragraphs 2 and 4 of the order dated 08.12.2025. Learned counsel pointed that in the 5th line in paragraph 2, instead of "2nd respondent passed the impugned order after conducting enquiry", it should read as "3rd respondent passed the impugned order". Similarly, in paragraph 4, the word "2nd respondent" shall be replaced with "3rdrespondent". For ease of reference, paragraphs 2 and 4 should read as follows: "2. The grievance of the petitioner is that as against the order passed by the 3rd respondent cancelling the legal heir certificate, a revision petition was filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent. He has also sent reminders on 15.07.2025, 25.08.2025 and 15.09.2025 to dispose of his revision petition.

Now, instead of passing the order in the revision petition, once again the 3rd respondent passed the impugned order indicating that both the legal heir certificates of late Muthusamy gounder were cancelled. Against which, he preferred a revision petition, but it was not considered. Hence, he seeks a direction." "4. In view of limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed in this regard dated 15.07.2025 and to pass orders on its own merit within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 08.12.2025 and issue a fresh order copy.
