Subpoena to Mrs.Hamsaveni, Daughter of Late.Ramakrishna Mudaliar and wife of Late.Shanmugam residing at D-19, 5 th street, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600 102 to identify the handwriting and the signature of her father Late.Ramakrishna Mudaliar, who is one of the attestors to the subject Will dated 30.06.1992.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The respondent has not filed any counter.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the fact that in order to prove the Will, examination of witnesses is necessary, Registry is directed to issue Subpoena to Mrs.Hamsaveni Daughter of Late.Ramakrishna Mudaliar and wife of Late.Shanmugam residing at D-19, 5 th street, Anna Nagar East, Chennai - 600 102 to identify the handwriting and the signature of her father Late.ramakrishna Mudaliar, who is one of the attestors to the subject Will dated 30.06.1992. __________Page 2 of 4
