3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to provide opportunity to the applicant to prove her case, the applicant is permitted to examine the evidence, Mr.Mohana Sundaram, s/o Late Raja Naicker.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
