This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.201 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one (1) month.
3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.201 of 2023 within a period of one (1) month from today.
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
