When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that the respondent police has closed the First Information Report in Crime No.188 of 2012 as "action dropped" (AD) and the report to that effect has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
