O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27277 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Thiruvannamalai daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, except on the hearing dates fixed by the Trial Court concerned. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police other than the hearing dates before the Trial Court, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation was completed and charge sheet has been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27277 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
