When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that though this petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.134 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent police, however, the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi through e-filing in LTN20220002387C202500764 on 11.12.2025.
