ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(b) that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for 1/4

interrogation" imposed in the order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31023 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a school teacher, due to his appearance before the respondent police everyday, dispensation of school activities was disturbed. Hence prays to modify the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31023 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31023 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
