ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 76 days in filing the appeal.

3. Taking into consideration the period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay, despite opposition on the other side.

4. Application for condonation of delay is allowed.

5. Though we were inclined to dismiss the appeal in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this court in W.A.No.1063 of 2012 and batch cases, learned State Counsel prayed for short time to satisfy this court.

List the appeal for admission on 12.2.2026.
