ORDER

This petition is filed seeking grant leave to the plaintiff to institute the present suit.

2. According to the petitioner, the first petitioner is Trust and the petitioners 2 and 3 are Trustees of the Trust, filed the main suit to grant permission to sell the properties of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust. The suit property is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, filed this application.

3. This Court heard petitioner side and perused the records.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and there is no respondent in the application, this Court is inclined to allow this application and therefore, leave is granted as prayed for. 2/4
