This application is filed by the applicant to issue paper publication to the first respondent through substituted service in one issue of any English daily newspaper circulated in Hyderabad and Telangana.

2. In the affidavit in support thereof, it is stated that notice could not be served on the first respondent because such notice was returned with endorsement "No such person in the address".

3. By considering the aforesaid, (TM)A.No.120 of 2025 is allowed by permitting the applicant to serve notice on the first respondent by 2/3

publication in one issue of the Telugu daily Newspaper, 'Eenadu' and in one issue of the English daily Newspaper, 'Deccan Chronicle' specifying the next date of hearing as 13.01.2026.

4. List the other matters on 13.01.2026.
