The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) and 326(a) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.301 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, this Court on 06.11.2025 dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.30200 of 2025 by stating the following reasons:
"3. Considering the nature of the offence and also the fact that one unit of sand was seized which was illegally quarried from the water body, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed."
3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.12.2025 kmm 2/4
