O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 274 and 275 of BNS read with Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003, in Crime No.498 of 2025 registered on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 10,985 pouches weighing 53 kgs of banned tobacco products. Hence, the complaint.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.30309 of 2025 by order dated 06.11.2025 on the following conditions:

"Considering the fact that the quantity involved in this case is high, though it is reported that the petitioner is not having any previous case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed ".

4. Since there is no change in circumstances was established to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
