ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120b, 420 IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reported that this is the second anticipatory bail application and that the earlier anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29082 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

3. Now, the petitioner has filed the present anticipatory bail application that too without any change in circumstances is not entertainable. Since, there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
