2.Earlier this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.5568 and 6080 of 2020, dated 05.02.2021. The petitioner has not surrendered and executed the sureties before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned. While that being the case, now, the respondent police conducted 1/4

investigation and filed a final report. At this stage, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition for the very same relief in Crime No.22 of 2020.

3.Considering the fact that since the petitioner had already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 05.02.2021, the petitioner has not been complied with the same. Now, the petitioner filed the second anticipatory bail petition and the same is not maintainable for the very same relief in Crime No.22 of 2020.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side; that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed, this Court is inclined to extend for further period of one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.5568 and 6080 of 2020, dated 05.02.2021 by imposing cost of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand Only] payable to the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
