ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326(a) of BNS, 2023 and section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act

1957 in Crime No.154 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 13.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27867 of 2025 on the following reasons: "6.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, and he involved in damaging water body, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
