ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to release the CPS amount to the petitioner forthwith, along with suitable interest, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.09.2025 seeking release of the CPS amount, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
