This petition is filed to condone the delay of 217 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. The sole respondent, though has been served and the name and address has been shown in the cause-list, none is present on behalf of the respondent.

The delay is 217 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 217 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
