CRL A No. 572 of 2023 PRAYER To set aside the order to prefer this memorandum of Criminal Appeal against the judgment of conviction and sentence imposed on the appellant by the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur order dated 10 day of 22 in Spl.S.C.No.2 of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act 2015.

This petition has been filed to amend the 2 nd respondent in Crl.M.P.No.6394 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.572 of 2023 as "State Rep. By The Inspector of Police, Central Police Station, Tiruppur" instead of "State Rep. By The Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Tiruppur.". 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, due to a typographical error committed by the petitioner while filing the petition, a mistake has crept in the cause title of the petition and the order passed therein. Hence, seeks for amendment of the same. The other side also has no objection in ordering this petition.

3.Therefore, Registry is directed to amend the 2 nd respondent in Crl.M.P.No.6394 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.572 of 2023 as "2.State Rep By The Inspector of Police, Central Police Station, Tiruppur. (Crime No.194 of 2018)" instead of "2.State Rep By The Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Tiruppur. (Crime No.194 of 2018)" and also consequently, carry out the same amendment in the cause title and "To address" portion of the order dated
