3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the petition filed by the petitioner dated 27.05.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
