ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of the enquiry.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint given by one Lakshmikandhan, current paper enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on the undertaking given by the petitioner that he will repay the amount. He further submitted that the respondents are not calling the petitioener for enquiry any further.
3.Recording the above submission, the criminal original petition is
closed.
