These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 259 days in filing these appeals.

Heard Mr.A.P.Venkatesh Prasath, learned counsel appearing on behalf of M/s.Advit Law Chambers, for the petitioners and Ms.A.Preetha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.R.Krishnasamy, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is 259 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 259 days in filing these appeals are condoned. Accordingly, these petitions stand ordered.
