ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) Mr.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General states that the directions under order dated 17.03.2025 are complied with.

2. Under G.O.(2D) No.124 dated 12.03.2026, the punishment of stoppage of increment for three years with cumulative effect has been set aside.

3. As regards the payment of monetary benefits, the Division Bench, under order dated 09.01.2026 in W.A.No.58 of 2026, while dismissing the appeal, has granted the respondents twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of that order, to comply with the same.

4. We record the undertaking of Mr.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General that the monetary benefits are being computed and will be paid over to the appellant within the time frame fixed by the Bench.

5. This appeal is closed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
