This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2025, seeking disbursement of the petitioner's pension amount, PF amount and other eligible pensionary benefits. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.10.2025, seeking disbursement of the petitioner's pension amount, PF amount and other eligible pensionary benefits and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
