ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's online application dated 27.09.2025 seeking for sub-division and patta transfer in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid application of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's online application, dated 27.09.2025, seeking for sub-division and patta transfer in her name, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application, dated 27.09.2025 seeking for sub-division and patta transfer in the name of the petitioner, for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
