ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her sons, without following the due process of law.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, based on the complaint given by one Sharmila Devi, an FIR has been registered as against the petitioner's husband, viz, J.Muthurajan in Crime No.105 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 120(b), 465, 467, 468 & 420 of IPC. He further submitted that, apart from the above said case, 2/5
there are two other cases pending against the petitioner's husband and since he is absconding, the respondent officials went to the petitioner's house in search of the said Muthurajan and that the respondents are not unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. It is made clear that if no allegation is made against the petitioner, the respondent officials shall not harass the petitioner.
