This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16202 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8836 of 2025 by order dated 28.08.2025. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16202 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8836 of 2025 dated 28.08.2025, is relaxed and that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
