ORDER

The petitioner states that he purchased a property under sale deed dated 17.04.2025, which was registered as document No.3110/2025. On the basis of a protest petition from the third respondent, he submits that the registering officer refused to release the sale deed. Hence, this writ petition.

2. In spite of service of notice, the third respondent has chosen not to appear. The name of the third respondent is also printed in the cause list. Consequently, the matter is proceeded with in the absence of the third respondent.

3. On the basis of written instructions, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that the registering officer will handover sale deed bearing document No.3110/2025 to the petitioner.

4. Taking note of the submission of learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to handover document No.3110/2025 to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 19-02-2026 KAL
