ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to implead the petitioner as proposed 5th respondent to the writ petition in W.P. No.41551 of 2025.

2. The petitioner claims that he is a resident of Rasipuram in Namakkal District. He pleads that if any order is passed in the writ petition, it will adversely affect him and hence seeks impleadment as a respondent in this writ petition.

3. Impleading the petitioner as respondent would affect the nature of the proceedings. The petitioner in this miscellaneous petition is not supporting the respondent but is supporting the petitioner in writ petition. Hence, the petitioner is impleaded as 2nd petitioner in the writ petition.

4. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that he does not have any objection to the impleadment.

5. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered. The petitioner is impleaded as 2nd petitioner in the writ petition. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title. 17.12.2025 mka 3/4
