ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to give necessary Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.06.2025.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent-Police submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 10.10.2024 lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and both the parties had agreed to approach the civil Court, thereby, the case in C.S.R.No.414 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 was closed. He further submits that civil dispute is also pending between the parties.
3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition stands closed. 08.12.2025 rap 2/4
