ORDER

Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the Respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission itself with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the impugned Order dated 25.08.2025. By the impugned order, the Petitioner has been called upon to pay the arrears of property tax.

4. The learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has also replied to the same on 06.10.2025. However, the same has not been adjudicated.

5. It is further submitted that the Petitioner had made payments on 26.04.2025 and 05.10.2024 for a sum of Rs.2,453/- each on these two dates.

6. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents would submit that Petitioner's reply / representation dated 06.10.2025 will be considered and disposed on merits.

7. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's reply / representation dated 06.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
