When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the second respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2021 within a period of one month from today.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. 05.12.2025 ksa-2 Note: Issue order copy on 08.12.2025.
