ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dharapuram, to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2021.

2.The petitioners herein said to have filed a suit for partition and for other reliefs against the respondents. An application was filed by the petitioners in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.21 of 2021 seeking appointment of Court Guardian. Though counter in the said I.A. was filed as early as on 13.11.2024, I.A is not yet finally heard and disposed of.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent / Devaki in I.A.No.1 of 2022 died and her legal representatives are already on record. Any way, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to take formal steps for impleading L.R.'s immediately. The said statement is recorded. Taking into consideration the fact that I.A.No.1 of 2022 was filed in the year 2022 and posted for enquiry as early as December 2024, the trial Court is directed to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
