ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal, dated 15.10.2025, pending before the 2nd respondent.
2. Aggrieved by the mutation in the revenue records for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the 5th respondent, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the 2nd respondent dated 15.10.2025. Since the said appeal has not been disposed by the 2nd respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 5th respondent.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal, dated 15.10.2025 preferred by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would raise the following objections :- (a) the subject land does not belong to the 5th respondent, but it belongs to Tirupur Corporation. (b) the gift deed filed by the petitioner along with this writ petition discloses that the subject property can be used for any purpose.
(c) the unilateral cancellation of the gift deed by the petitioner is invalid and illegal as per the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court.
6. The objections raised by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 recorded supra is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The objections raised by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 if at all can be raised only before the appellate authority and not before this Court as the petitioner is seeking only a limited relief before this Court i.e., seeking early disposal of his appeal, dated 15.10.2025. Therefore, the objections raised by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 at this stage cannot be entertained by this Court.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 15.10.2025, by passing final orders, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal. No costs.
