CMP. Nos.31399, 31434 and 31436 of 2025 in AS No.499 of 2018 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1215 days in filing application caused due to death of 3rd respondent, to set aside the abatement to bring the respondents 19 to 24/ proposed parties and treat them as legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent and to bring the respondents 19 to 24 herein treat them as legal heirs of deceased 3rd respondent respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
