CMP. Nos.31796,31798 and 31801 of 2025 in AS No.498 of 2018 DR.A.D.MARIA CLETE,J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1215 days in filing application caused due to death of 6th respondent, to set aside the abatement to bring the respondents 19 to 24/ proposed parties and treat them as legal heirs of deceased 6th respondent and to bring the respondents 19 to 24/ proposed respondents and treat them as legal heirs of deceased 6th respondent respectively.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
