ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to physically measure the property and to carryout the necessary corrections in the TSLR Extract with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Ms.Rohini Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by the petitioner Company through a registered Sale Deed dated 14.12.2005 and registered as Document No.9162 of 2005. The petitioner came
3/7 to know that the property in T.S.No.152 has been sub divided and the same is reflecting the name of the erstwhile owner. There was also a discrepancy in the extent of the land mentioned in the TSLR. Under such circumstances the petitioner gave a representation on 03.04.2025 to the respondent and since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 03.04.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and do the needful, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs. 28-11-2025
