O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 within the time that may stipulated by this Court.

2. Mrs.S.Mythree Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2. As no adverse order is being passed against the 3rd respondent, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner who was working as Secondary Grade Teach in the 3rd respondent School was dismissed from service in connection with a criminal case in C.C.No.270 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Krishnagiri. It is the case of the petitioner that, despite his acquittal in the said criminal case, his representation dated 23.09.2025 seeking reinstatement has not been considered. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2025 of the petitioner within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
